Icebox Fruit Pie

  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package Jell-O® vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 Tbsp orange rind
  • 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip®

Arrange sliced bananas and half of the sliced strawberries in bottom of pie shell. Pour cold milk in bowl. Add pie filling mix and beat with wire whisk until well blended. Fold in rind and whipped topping. Spoon into pie shell over fruit.

Chill 3 hours. Garnish with additional fruit.
