- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vanilla dessert
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package cheese
Grease bottom of 9 inch deep dish or 10 inch pie plate. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared plate. Place drained peaches over batter. In a small mixing bowl, combine all 3 ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cheese filling.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Cool to room temperature; chill until served.
