Chocolate Pie

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Heat milk and butter together in saucepan, Beat eggs and sugar in small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon flour at a time to eggs and sugar until all have been mixed together. Add vanilla to this mixture, then pour into milk and butter. Cook on medium temperature until thick. Pour into cooked pie crust. Top with beaten egg whites and lightly brown.
