Egg Custard

Bessie Mae Ray, Linville High School

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp oleo
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Put all ingredients in blend on high speed for 3 minutes. Pour into pie plate that has been greased and floured. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, or until center of pie is set. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
