Peach Cobbler

  • 1 can or 1 lb sliced peaches
  • 4 cup sugar
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 box box corn starch
  • 1 lb flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Set aside. Make your dough for crust. Roll out real thin layers. Cut in strips. Place your peach mixture in cobbler pan. Place desired amounts of strips on top of cobbler. Sprinkle with sugar and butter.

Bake for 1/2 to 1 hour.
