- 2 cups sugar
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2/3 cup flour
- 4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
- 1 stick of oleo
- 2 pie shells
Mix cocoa, sugar, milk, flour, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat. Heat until thickened. Add oleo and flavoring. Pour into 2 baked pie shells. Top with meringue made from egg whites, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Bake until meringue is brown. Cool before cutting.
