Sourdough Biscuits

Sletter B. Davis, F.H.S.

  • 1 cup war water
  • 1 package yeast
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 6 1/2 cup self-rising flour

Add yeast to water. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Place in covered bowl in refrigerator at least 2 hours before using.
