Easy Icebox Rolls

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup hot water
  • 1 package yeast
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 5 to 5 1/2 cup whole wheat flour blend

Pour water over oil, honey and salt. Sprinkle yeast over mixture. Add beaten eggs, then flour. Mix well and cover.

Let rise until double. Work down and make rolls. Let rise again in pans.

Bake 350°.

This dough can be stored in icebox after first work down in a tight container.
