Corn Bread

Ann Dodd, F.H.S.

  • 1 1/4 cup home ground corn meal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup oil

Combine all together. Pour into hot skillet which has greased.

Bake at 425° until done.
