Ann Dodd, F.H.S.
- 1 1/4 cup home ground corn meal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup oil
Combine all together. Pour into hot skillet which has greased.
Bake at 425° until done.
