- 1 cup self-rising corn meal
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup cream style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix first 4 ingredients. Fold in sour cream and mix well. Pour into preheated skillet and bake until brown.
