German Chocolate Icing

Judy Gray, B.H.S.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3 beaten egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Cook the first ingredients until thick. Stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla. Spread on only the top of the cakes.
