- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jello®
- 3/4 cup apricot nectar
- 3/4 cup oil
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
Beat eggs; mix Jello®, oil, cake mix, and apricot nectar together. Add eggs to mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 325° to 350° until brown (about 30 to 35 minutes.
Glaze while hot.
