- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 (12 oz) box vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (7 oz) package flaked coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add crushed wafers and milk. Mix in coconut and pecans. Bake in a well greased tube pan at 275° for 2 hours, or until done.
