Cake:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 3 cup sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cup flour
- 5 heaping Tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Icing:
- 1/4 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 Tbsp milk
- 3/4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/4 box confectioners sugar
Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add eggs. Sift flour and cocoa. Alternate dry ingredients with milk and vanilla.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 1 hour 30 minutes at 300°.
Icing: Melt icing ingredients in a saucepan. Spread on cake while warm.
