Mandarin Orange Cake

Cake:

  • 1 box Duncan Hines® butter cake mix
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange
  • 3/4 cup oil

Use juice from mandarins in cake. Chop mandarin sections and fold in last. Add four eggs. Beat in one at a time.

Bake in 350° oven until done.

Cool.

Icing:

  • 1 large (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (use juice)
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (9 oz or 11 oz) carton Cool Whip®
  • 1 can coconut

Mix. Ice cake. Store in refrigerator.
