Four Layer Banana Cake

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup mashed bananas


  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Mix sugar and margarine. Add eggs, then add flour and soda alternately with milk. Add bananas and pour into 4 round cake pans.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Mix icing with mixer. Add nuts between layers and on top.

Ice cake while hot!
