German Apple Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cup apples, diced
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tso soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 cups diced dates (flour to keep from sticking together)

Beat eggs until frothy. Add oil. Beat. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat. Sift and add dry ingredients. Add apples, nuts, and dates, a cup at a time., and fold in. Bake in a Bundt pan at 350° until done, 40 to 50 minutes.
