Five Flavor Pound Cake

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix margarine, shortening and sugar together. Blend until creamy, then add eggs and beat. Mix flour and baking powder together. Add to first mixture. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Spoon mixture into a greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until done when tested.
