Nut Cake

  • 2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Criscon®
  • 1 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • Nuts of choice (pecans, walnuts, raisins)

Cream butter, shortening, and sugars until smooth. Add 5 eggs. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and flavor.

Mix on mixer or beat on mixer for about 3 minutes, adding nuts of choice.

Bake at 300°F. for 1 1/2 hours.
