Fruit Cake

Gloria Wines, S.H.S.

  • 1/2 lb candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb candied pineapple
  • 1 can coconut
  • 2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup condensed milk

Mix candied fruit with flour. Mix all ingredients, except condensed milk, then dribble this over mixture. Mix well.

Bake in loaf pan 9×5 inches at 325° for 1 hour.
