Fruit Cocktail Cake

Cake:

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can fruit cocktail

Beat sugar and eggs till fluffy. Add dry ingredients and fruit cocktail.

Bake at 350°.

Icing:

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream

Cook till thickens. Add 1 cup nuts, fruit cocktail and coconut. S
