Mandarin Orange Cake

Cake:

  • 1 butter cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1/2 cup oil

Icing:

  • 1 (13 oz) Cool Whip®
  • 1 (7 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding mix (dry)

Mix cake ingredients well. Bake in 3 layers at 350° till done. Mix icing ingredients and spread over cooled cake.

Store in refrigerator.
