Heavenly Hash Cake

  • 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup black walnuts or pecans
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted


  • Marshmallows
  • Coconut
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Enough milk to spread

Mix all cake ingredients together. Mix well by hand. Pour in well greased 13×9 inch oblong pan.

Bake for 30 – 35 minutes at 350°.

While cake is hot, cover with marshmallows. Sprinkle coconut.

Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk. Spread over coconut.
