No Bake Fruit Cake

  • 1 lb mixed, glazed fruit
  • 1 lb candied cherries
  • 1/4 lb candied pineapple
  • 1/2 box white raisins
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 small package chopped dates
  • 1 quart pecans
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 dozen large marshmallows
  • 1 lb graham cracker crumbs

Melt marshmallows in milk in double boiler. Add crushed graham cracker crumbs. Mix fruit and nuts. Add to mixture. Shape and pack in a stem pan. Let set 36 hours in refrigerator. Remove from pan and keep in the refrigerator.
