Bacon Swiss Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese (it melts better if you grate yourself)
  • 2 TBS. chopped green onions
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Crackers or Fritos to crumble on top

Cook you bacon and set aside. Combine cream cheese, mayo, Swiss cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix cheese mixture thoroughly and place in a slightly greased Pyrex dish. Crumble Bacon and crackers on top and cook on 325 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
