- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400°.
Beat 2 egg whites until foamy. Add 3/4 cup sugar gradually; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Cover cookie sheet with brown paper. Drop cookies by small teaspoons onto paper on cookie sheet. Turn off oven. Place cookies in oven.
Let stand overnight (or at least 3 hours) inside oven.
Makes about 3 dozen.
