- 2 2/3 cup coconut
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine coconut, milk, and vanilla; mix well. Drop from teaspoon, 1 inch apart, on well greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 8 – 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove at once from sheets.
Note: Recipe may be doubled.
