- 1 cup butter
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2 cup chopped pecans
Cream butter, adding sugar gradually. Add vanilla, flour and pecans. Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Yields 48 cookies.
