- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
Cream together. Add 2 eggs and beat well.
Add:
- 1 cup unsifted flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can coconut
Mix until well blended. Spread in 13×9 inch pan and bake in 350° oven.
Makes about 36 cookies.
Cut in squares.
