- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
- 2/3 cup flake coconut
- 1 (8 oz) Hershey’s bar
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
Melt butter in 8 inch square pan in 350° oven. Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs evenly over butter in pan. Sprinkle coconut evenly over cookie crumbs; melt chocolate bar with condensed milk in top of double boiler (not boiling water). Stir occasionally until blended. Carefully spoon chocolate mixture over coconut; spread evenly.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
