- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cream margarine, oil, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, soda, and cream of tartar. Mix into creamed mixture thoroughly. Chill dough at least 1 hour. Pinch dough into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in flour.
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 350°.
