Tea Cakes

Jessie Hamilton, F.H.S.

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 5 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup sugar

Combine butter, eggs, and sugar; gradually. Add soda and flour.

Roll to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Cut and bake at 325° for 10-12 minutes.
