Chocolate Fudge Cookies

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3 – 4 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk (can milk)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 – 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/3 – 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 – 1 cup chopped nuts or cocounut

Stir together sugar, cocoa and milk. Add stick butter. Boil for 1 to 2 minutes on medium firs (start timing after the mixture reaches a full rolling boil). Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla, and nuts. Beat until blended, then drop on wax paper or plastic wrap by teaspoon.
