Apple Crisp

  • 4 cup sliced apples (about six medium apples)
  • 2/3 – 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 tap cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup soft oleo

Heat oven to 375°. Place sliced apples in greased square pan 8x8x2 inches. Blend remaining ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
