Berried Delight

  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 3 1/2 cup Cool Whip®, thawed
  • 2 package (3 1/2 oz) vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 pint strawberries*

Combine crumbs and sugar. Mix in butter. Press firmly on bottom of a 13×9 inch pan. Bake if desired for 8 minutes at 375°. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries (or fruit) in even layer. Prepare pudding with cold milk as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chill several hours. Top with remaining Cool Whip®.

*Other suggestions – bananas with banana cream pudding or sliced pineapple with pineapple cream, or sliced peaches with French vanilla.
