Oreo Banana Pudding

  • 2 package Oreo Double Stuff®
  • 8 or 9 bananas
  • 8 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Mash the Oreos® with potato masher. Top with bananas, sliced in baking dish (9×13 inch); top with pudding. Repeat layers. Top with meringue.

Bake at 500° just until meringue browns, less than 1 minute.

Put pudding, mix sugar, flour, and milk in saucepan. Cook over medium heat till thickened. Beat egg yolks. Add small amount hot mixture to yolks, then return to cooking mixture. Add butter and vanilla, stirring until butter melts.

Remove from heat.
