Coconut Bonbons

  • 1 (3oz) package cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Food coloring
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Cream the cream cheese until soft. Add a few drops of food coloring to tint a pastel tone. Add sugar gradually, blending well. Add vanilla and salt and mix until well blended. Form into small balls and roll in coconut. Chill until firm.
