GARLIC CHEESE BREAD MINI MUFFINS 💕 with Amy’s Louisiana Kitchen

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 3/4 cup shredded Colby Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Italian Cheese Blend
  • 1 13 ounce tube Pizza Crust Dough
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl beat cream cheese, garlic powder and onion powder. In a separate bowl toss colby Monterey jack cheese with Italian cheese blend. On a floured surface roll out dough to make it flat. Cut dough in half lengthwise. Spread each rectangle with half the cream cheese mixture to 1/4″ of the edges. Sprinkle each with half of the combined cheeses. Cut rolls into 1″ slices. Place beaten egg and parmesan cheese in separate shallow bowls. Dip a cut side of each slice in egg and then in the parmesan cheese. Place slices in a greased mini muffin cup, cheese side up.

Bake until golden brown 17 to 20 minutes.

Serve warm.
