Italian Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ketchup
  • 1/2 Crisco oil

Combine dry ingredients in a jar with a tight fittine cover. Add remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously.

Make about 1 2/3 cups.
