Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package Cheddar cheese
  • 2 or 3 green onions
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 to 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Paprika or nuts (optional)
  • Dash of Tabasco® (optional)

Combine preceding ingredients except for paprika and nuts. Roll into ball. Roll this in either paprika or nuts.

Set to 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers or chips.
