Cheese Roll

  • 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Dash of Worcestershire® sauce
  • Chili powder or Williams Chili Seasoning® mix

Grate Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add cream cheese. Work it all together. Add remaining ingredients except chili powder. After all ingredients are mixed together, form 2 or 3 small logs by rolling it in your hands. After logs are formed, roll cheese roll in chili powder or seasoning mix until well coated. Wrap with foil paper and chili. When ready to serve, slice it thin and eat with crackers (the bacon flavored are real good).
