- 1 1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 stick butter (not margarine)
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Juice of 2 lemons
Melt butter in saucepan. Add lemon and onions. Cook over low heat until onions are tender. Add garlic and pepper. Sprinkle shrimp with paprika and arrange in a shallow baking dish. Pour mixture over shrimp and let marinate for at least 1 hour. Broil shrimp, turning every few minutes until tender, about 10 to 14 minutes.
