- 1 gallon green tomatoes, quartered
- 3/4 gallon onions, quartered
- 1 quarter cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp blaack pepper
- 3/4 gallon bell peppers
- 1 cup hot peppers, chopped
- 5 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
Mix tomatoes, onions and hot peppers. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over tomato mixture. Let come to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes. Put in sterile glass jars and seal . Cook upside down.
