Kool Point Pickle Tomatoes

  • 1 gallon green tomatoes, quartered
  • 3/4 gallon onions, quartered
  • 1 quarter cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp blaack pepper
  • 3/4 gallon bell peppers
  • 1 cup hot peppers, chopped
  • 5 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt

Mix tomatoes, onions and hot peppers. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over tomato mixture. Let come to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes. Put in sterile glass jars and seal . Cook upside down.
