Pepper Relish

  • 15 green peppers
  • 15 hot peppers
  • 15 medium onions
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 Tbsp salt

Grind all peppers and onions together in food processor. Pour boiling water over mixture. Drain well. Bring vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil. Add vegetables. Boil gently for 20 minutes. Put in pint jars. Place jars in hot water bath; bring to a boil and process for 10 minutes.
