Sweet Potato Appetizers

  • 1 1/2 cup marsh sweet potatoes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup dates, cut fine
  • 2 Tbsp margaring
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Sugar to taste

Mix, chill and shape into ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes to brown.
