Hot Broccoli Dip

  • 1 can mushrooms with stems
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (6 oz) package Kraft® garlic cheese roll
  • 2 Tbsp jalapeno pepper Cheez Whiz® (optional)

Cook broccoli until soft; add salt and drain. Sauté onion in butter. Add soup, mushrooms and cheese. Hear over low fire until melted and creamy. Add broccoli.

Serve hot.
