Potato Salad

  • 5 medium red potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp sandwich
  • 2 Tbsp pickle relish
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Peel and wash potatoes then dice them. Boil your eggs. Once potatoes are done (by boiling), drain them with colander and put in your bowl and set in the freezer until potatoes are fully cooled (where when you stir them they don’t mash). Chop your eggs and add them to your potatoes. Then add all the other ingredients.
