Ginger Peach Salad

  • 1 (6 oz) package peach gelatin
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 1 (7 oz) bottle ginger ale
  • 3 cup sliced peaches (I use canned)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ginger ale. Chill until consistency of honey.

Fold in peaches and pour in mold. Chill.

Tastes like fresh peaches!
