- 1 small package orange Jello®
- 1 small package lemon Jello®
- 2 cup boiling water
- 1 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 or 3 sliced bananas
- 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 40 small marshmallows
Fix Jello® (lemon and orange combined) with hot water then add cold and mix well. Add bananas, pineapple and marshmallows; chill until set.
Topping:
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp oleo
- 1 small ctn. Cool Whip®
- Grated cheese
Then cook topping (egg, sugar, flour and oleo) in double boiler until thick; cool and add Cool Whip®. Spread on top of Jello® and then top with grated cheese.
