LAYERED JELLO TRIFLE
- 8 each (3 ounce)(85g) boxes (2 of each) of your favorite flavors of JELLO
- 12 ounce can (354ml) EVAPORATED MILK
- 8 ounce (226g) container of COOP WHIP
- 1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
- STRAWBERRIES, sliced for topping
- BOILING WATER
- ICE WATER
Mix 1 package of JELLO with 1/2 cup (4 ounces) BOILING WATER and stir until dissolved for a minute or two. This will be your creamy layer. Add 1/2 cup ICE WATER and 1/2 cup EVAPORATED MILK and stir. Pour into a trifle dish and put into the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes to an hour to set. Then pour the next package of JELLO (the same flavor as your 1st layer) into a bowl. Add 3/4 BOILING WATER and stir until dissolved. Add 3/4 cup ICE WATER and stir. Carefully ladle this 2nd layer onto the 1st. Place back into the refrigerator for at least an hour. And repeat with the next pair of flavors creamy and plain. Creamy and plain. Creamy and plain. (I bet you’ve got it by now😅). Top with container of COOL WHIP stirred with 1 teaspoon of VANILLA EXTRACT. Top the cool whip with sliced strawberries. ENJOY!
